## Job description
- 负责前线业务的招聘计划设计与实施，合理配置人员
- 负责前线业务的员工培训、组织文化建设和推广落地
- 负责前线业务的员工关系和沟通，熟悉劳动法和地方性劳动法规
- 前线业务组织架构的搭建和人才梯队建设，员工职业发展规划
- 前线业务综合费用管控及分析，协助高效运营提升人效
- 主动探索 AI 工具（招聘 AI、绩效分析工具、AIGC）在门店人力工作中的落地应用，持续提升人效和体验，借助数字化工具对门店人力指标进行可视化追踪，为业务决策提供数据支撑
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上快消品或者零售行业人力资源经验
- 具备与基层员工沟通技巧，有过劳动关系处理经验优先
- 具备良好的协调沟通能力，自我驱动力强 食杂零售业务，创新型项目，有比较广阔的成长空间。
