## Job description

### 业务监控与目标管理
- 负责用户侧核心KPI体系的搭建与维护，构建并持续优化周/月度经营监控框架，追踪业务目标达成进展。

### 战略研究与洞察
- 综合运用数据分析、用户研究及市场调研等方法，深入研究关键业务问题，输出清晰的策略建议。

### 运营策略支持
- 与运营团队紧密协作，参与用户侧补贴、活动、流量等策略的设计、分析与评估，推动A/B测试与迭代优化。

### 数据产品管理
- 统筹内部数据产品需求（看板、取数、用户标签等），协调产品与技术团队，保障高质量数据基础设施的稳定交付。
- 运用 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT、Copilot 等）辅助日常工作，提升产出效率与质量，主动探索 AI 在本岗位的应用最佳实践。

### Business Monitoring & Goal Management
- Own and maintain the user-side KPI system; build and continuously optimize weekly/monthly performance monitoring frameworks to track progress against business targets.

### Strategic Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth studies on key business challenges using data analysis, user research, and market studies; deliver clear strategy.

### Operations Strategy Support
- Partner with operations teams to design, analyze, and evaluate user-side initiatives including subsidies, campaigns, and traffic strategies; drive A/B testing and iterative optimization.

### Data Product Management
- Manage internal data product requests (dashboards, data extraction, user tagging); coordinate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data infrastructure.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance daily workflows, improve content quality, and actively explore AI-driven best practices in marketing and brand operations. 1.3年以上互联网、咨询或相关行业经验，具备运营、数据科学或商业分析背景。 2.逻辑思维清晰，结构化解决问题能力强，能够清晰有力地呈现工作成果。 3.沟通协作能力出色，善于主动推动跨部门对齐。 4.自驱力强，结果导向，能够在快节奏、高度不确定的环境中从容应对。 5.熟练掌握SQL及数据分析工具，有看板搭建或数据可视化经验者优先。
- 英语沟通能力强。
- 对于深度了解沙特消费者行为、本地文化及市场动态有热情。 1.3+ years of experience in internet, consulting, or related industries, with a background in operations, data science, or business analytics. 2.Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to present work clearly and persuasively. 3.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive in driving cross-functional alignment. 4.Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. 5.Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools; experience with dashboards or data visualization is a plus. 6.Native-level Arabic proficiency required, with strong English communication skills. 7.Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, local culture, and market dynamics.
