## Job description
- 服务商团队招募与体系建设，负责服务商团队（如地推、运维服务商等）的招募、筛选及引入，建立标准化合作流程与评估体系。制定服务商团队的KPI考核机制，确保其高效完成存量设备的铺设、维护及问题响应。
- 统筹服务商团队资源，推动充电宝设备的精准铺设（如高流量场景覆盖）及动态调优（根据数据调整点位）。监督服务商团队的日常运维质量（门店补宝、冗余宝回收、断电处理等），确保充电宝设备使用率达标。
- 赋能与问题解决，为服务商团队提供培训（如门店上单、异议处理、进店工具使用），提升其业务能力。
- 数据驱动与业绩达成，监控服务商团队的铺设/运维数据，定期复盘并优化策略。协同服务商团队完成公司下达的铺设机柜及存量设备维护等核心指标。
- 政策传达与关系维护，准确传递公司政策，确保服务商与公司目标一致。建立长期稳定的合作关系，处理合作中的争议，提升第三方团队黏性。
- 大专及以上学历，3年以上渠道管理或服务商团队运营经验。
- 熟悉服务商团队招募、培训、考核全流程。
- 能协调多方资源，推动复杂问题的解决。

- 擅长与第三方团队、商户、内部部门多方协调，平衡利益关系。
- 能适应高频出差，结果导向。
- 有团队协作意识，能带领服务商共同达成目标。
- 定义行业创新标准，参与共享充电宝行业前沿模式探索，主导从0到1的创新项目，积累行业标杆经验。
- 高成长性舞台、资源杠杆优势，依托部门优势，日常工作可对接渠道前线各战区、中台等部门，提供高成长性舞台，获得战略级项目曝光；能力模型覆盖“创新-执行-风控-成交”全链路，加速复合型成长。
- 岗位晋升机制完善，双晋升通道（管理晋升&专业晋升），成熟且上升的行业&创新业务部门、拥有无限可能。
