## Job description

### 主要职责
- 负责公司资金风险的识别、评估、跟踪与管理，建立健全资金风险管理体系；
- 基于现有管理体系，向需求方输出风险管理建议，不断完善管理的标准和流程；
- 提高团队人效，推动已固化管理动作的流程制度建设，探索重复性工作场景的AI解决方案。

### 专业能力要求
- 熟悉信用风险（交易对手信用和额度评估、信用资产过程管理、信用风险处置等）、市场风险（汇率、利率、国别风险）的量化评估方法、跨境资金合规要求（外汇管制、反洗钱、制裁筛查等），资金交易风险（权限管理、审批设置、实物保管等），资金风险中一种以上；
- 具备较强的学习能力，能快速上手新工作，独立完成风险评估与风险管理建议输出；
- 对资金业务中的潜在风险具备高度敏感性，有"风险前置"思维；
- 逻辑清晰、沟通能力强。 1.

### 专业和学历

本科及以上学历，金融、经济、风险管理、会计、数学/统计等相关专业； 2.

### 工作经验

3年以上资金风险管理或相关领域工作经验。 全球资金管理平台视野，对境内外资金风险做全面管理，在业务高速发展中持续输出资金专业价值。
