## Job description
- 负责核心检索引擎的研发与优化，包括KKV存储、索引、向量检索等，负责SQL化查询引擎和分布式检索系统的建设，支撑高并发、低延迟的线上召回。
- 负责流批一体的数据处理系统建设，包括数据收录、建模、构建，支撑美团全业务线供给、数百数据源、百亿数据的接入处理、实时索引构建和增量更新。
- 基于 Auto-research 进行检索引擎和数据链路的 AI 友好化和 Agent 自动化升级，提升索引技术架构和召回策略算法的高效自迭代核心能力。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，其中2年以上搜索、推荐、广告或分布式系统相关领域经验。
- 熟练掌握 Java 或 C++，具备扎实的编码与工程能力，有性能调优、内存管理或高并发场景的实战经验。
- 独立负责过检索或存储方向子系统的架构设计与线上稳定性，具备大规模分布式系统的开发、调优与问题定位能力。
- 责任心强、积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
- 美团 App 的搜索、推荐、营销场景，流量大、业务复杂、挑战多，发展空间大。
- 支撑搜索推荐系统的核心引擎建设，横跨数据、索引、存储、召回全链路，深度与广度兼得。
- 深度参与 Auto-research 与 Agent 自动化的架构升级，把 AI 能力沉淀进百亿级检索系统的内核，成长空间与想象空间兼具。
