## Job description
- 负责在华南区域某地区高校校园单车渠道拓展与维护，建立并深化与目标院校的合作关系。
- 策划并执行校园品牌推广活动，提升公司在学生群体中的认知度与影响力。
- 挖掘并对接校园、社团及学生组织资源，推动业务合作与项目落地。
- 收集校园市场动态与行业信息，定期输出分析报告，为业务策略调整提供依据。
- 完成公司下达的校园渠道新拓业务目标及存量续签目标，推动用户增长与转化。
- 大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备3年以上业务开发或大客户拓展经验，有校园渠道或教育行业背景者优先。
- 熟悉高校生态，具备较强的资源整合能力与跨部门协作能力。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和项目推进能力，能独立负责区域业务拓展。
- 能适应高频出差，工作积极主动，具备较强沟通协调能力。
- 覆盖多个重点城市，业务发展空间广阔。
- 直接参与品牌年轻化战略，影响力直达核心学生群体。
- 扁平化管理，决策高效，个人成长与业务成果强关联。
- 提供行业内有竞争力的薪酬与激励机制。
- 团队氛围开放积极，注重创新与结果导向。
