## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 深入了解自营零售业务，建立业财数据跟踪体系，实时跟进重点项目。
- 负责编制财务报告、年度预算及长期计划，监控业务运营情况，助力业务在预算范围内达成目标。
- 分析市场趋势和竞争对手情况，为公司战略制定提供数据支持。
- 协调跨部门合作，通过AI工具的使用推动财务流程优化和业务效率提升。
- 大学本科及以上学历，勤奋有韧性，勇于接受挑战，乐于持续学习。
- 具备数据敏感性和探知欲，熟悉财务分析工具和软件，逻辑清晰严谨。
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备业务深潜意识，能主动发掘问题并推动解决。
- 能够运用AI工具辅助财务工作，探索AI在财务BP工作中的创新应用场景。 和充满激情的食杂零售财务小伙伴一起工作，沉淀财务专业能力，快速成长。参与业务战略规划和业务决策，为公司发展贡献自己的力量。
