## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 协助制定并优化销售运营流程，提升团队整体效率。
- 收集、整理和分析销售数据，定期输出运营报告，支持业务决策。
- 协调销售团队与产品、市场等部门，推动跨部门协作与项目落地。
- 支持销售目标分解与追踪，监控关键指标达成情况。
- 参与销售工具与系统的日常维护与优化，提升数据准确性。

### 岗位要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力。
- 对销售运营工作有热情，愿意在快节奏环境中成长。
- 工作细致认真，具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作意识。
