## Job description
- 针对大模型Coding场景，拆解代码生成、代码补全等核心能力，建立科学的代码标注和评测体系。
- 主导代码标注资源管理与数据构建，确保数据质量和一致性，支持coding智能体训练、评测。
- 设计自动化数据合成及清洗方案，实现规模化高质量数据生产。
- 监测模型效果，输出系统化分析报告，持续优化数据方案。 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业背景。 2.具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Python，并至少熟悉Java、C++、JavaScript等主流语言中的一种 3.1年以上大模型数据运营经验，有代码数据构建、前后端开发经验者优先。 4. 拥抱AI发展，实时追踪行业动态，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 5. 强调细节并注重到端效果，对代码数据质量有较高标准，能够适应快节奏工作。 紧跟业界前沿的AI发展和应用，深度参与代码大模型真实场景的应用落地。
