## Job description
- 负责校园拼好饭业务的策略规划，结合校园用户需求与场景，制定并优化运营策略;
- 深入分析校园市场数据，挖掘用户行为特征，推动产品功能与运营活动的精准匹配;
- 协同产品、技术、前线等团队，推动策略落地并持续跟踪效果，实现策略目标;
- 建立并完善所负责策略的运营指标体系，定期输出分析报告，为业务决策提供数据支持。
- 本科及以上学历，5年及以上相关工作经验，有电商运营或餐饮外卖经验优先；
- 逻辑清晰，数据敏感性强，熟练使用数据分析工具，能够通过数据驱动决策，优化增长策略；
- 有懂业务的意识，不仅要了解B端商家，还要建立对校园业务中C端用户、D端履约及G端校方关系等全局业务知识的理解；
- 具备项目管理能力，较强的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识，能够有效联动内外部资源，促进业务目标的达成；
- 自信、聪明、乐观、自省、韧性强，强烈的好奇心和自驱力，良好的沟通和结构化表达的能力。 拼好饭让吃饭更实惠，让生活更便捷，致力于成为全球服务人数最多，高性价比的外卖平台，是餐饮外卖新的增长点。餐饮外卖商品模式，岗位承担提供日常就餐高性价比的商品的核心职责，非标及LBS的业务特点也导致没法参考零售商品的成熟模式，没有完美的行业最佳实践，极具挑战同时也有很大机会。
