## Job description
- 负责收益产品的规划与设计，结合业务目标制定产品策略和 roadmap。
- 熟练掌握商家 OTA 运营的方法、策略、工具，并抽象为 agent 可用的 skill，同时优化 token 消耗持续迭代；
- 深入分析商户行为与业务数据，挖掘收益增长机会并推动产品优化。
- 监控产品核心指标，建立收益评估体系并输出分析报告。
- 具备2年以上电商/OTA商户后台相关工作经验，有收益管理或商业化产品背景者优先。
- 熟悉数据分析工具，具备较强的逻辑思维和用户洞察能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，能独立推动项目进展。
- 参与核心收益产品建设，直接影响公司营收增长。
- 与行业资深团队共事，快速提升产品专业能力。
- 扁平化管理，拥有充分的自主决策空间。
- 工作地点位于北京核心区域，交通便利，办公环境优越。
