## Job description
- 车辆司机承运商管理，如司机人证审核，车辆审核系统维护，车辆安全检查，KPI考核，司机培训，异常处理；
- 根据日常货量安排线路、派车、司机单据整理；
- 车辆现场管理，日会，车辆安全检查，运输环境标准核查；
- 跟进供应商到货进度，上货进度、发车时间节点把控；
- 车辆到站后交接的合规性，交接时异常的处理；
- 车辆在途跟踪，尾站巡车和封签检查以及猎鼠检查；
- 跟车到店核查链路异常，司机违规排查；
- 沟通横向部门，解决链路出现的问题；
- 根据日维度，周维度，月维度运营情况，整理输出各项数据和不达标项的整改方案。
- 服从工作安排（如出差、异地调动等）；
- 吃苦耐劳，认真上进；
- 熟悉使用各类办公软件；
- 运输城配和水产相关经验；
- 三年及以上相关车队管理、承运商管理、水产配送管理经验。 丰富晋升空间，发展方向运力中台、仓负责人、大区负责人等。
