## Job description

### 财务支持
- 支持酒店产业链的创新业务，深入了解业务，参与业务决策讨论，发现业务流程中的风险点或优化点，给予有效建议并推进解决方案，关注业务方向和管理层对业务的关注点，辅助决策的落地。

### 财务分析
- 精细化财务分析，以部门或者项目维度进行财务分析，建立核心指标监控体系，评估财务效率，并与业务建立双向反馈机制。

### 财务管理
- 编制年度运营计划、滚动预测，联动业务快速调整策略动作，确保目标达成。

### AI工具应用
- 主动将AI工具融入日常工作，使用Agent优化提效和增加产出，例如：工作流优化、数据处理与分析、报表/看板搭建、测算/分析模型搭建、项目管理、知识库建设。
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上财务相关工作经验，专业技术过硬。
- 具备良好的财务基本功、逻辑思维、数字敏感性、数据处理及分析能力，并具有较强的文字综合表达能力。
- 工作上有高度责任感及好奇心，对外沟通及合作能力强。
- 较强的学习能力、推动力及自驱力，能主动整理归纳，将优秀经验沉淀为方法论。
- 具备酒店管理行业或互联网行业的财务工作经验者优先。
- 作为资深财务BP，拥有丰富的酒店行业财务经验，能够为公司提供专业的财务咨询和支持。
- 拥有全链路闭环的财务管理视角，拓宽自己的行业经验和视野。
- 与一群富有激情的伙伴，一起助力酒店旅行业务高质量增长。
