## Job description
- 负责制定和实施入库运营标准、策略、流程的优化和改进，确保仓库入库效率和准确性。
- 负责入库装卸的引入、管理工作，负责入库环节供应商体验的保障和优化。
- 负责仓储运营关键环节指标，及时识别问题、优化策略并推进落地改进。
- 大学本科及以上学历，物流管理或相关专业背景优先。
- 至少5年以上物流/仓储运营相关工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和协作能力。
- 熟悉使用办公软件。
