## Job description
- 负责国际化业务B端业务侧的绩效考核方案协助制定输出，并基于业务策略定期做考核方案迭代；
- 负责每个月绩效的核算工作，保证绩效运营的准确性以及效率；
- 需要基于绩效策略要求，协同产研团队完成绩效产品运营配置等工作；
- 逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强，可以自主完成数据获取及分析；
- 能接受工作时间的灵活调整，能保证实习6个月以上；
- 有产品运营，策略运营思维以及经验；
- 善于总结思考，有较好沟通协同能力；
- 能用英语作为工作沟通语言者优先； 1.国际化业务能增加国际化视角； 2.业务处于快速发展阶段对个人成长性较好；
