## Job description
- 负责美团联盟 C 端产品链路建设，覆盖用户从触达、浏览、交易到核销的全交易链路，持续优化转化效率与用户体验，提升联盟渠道的交易规模与用户质量。
- 深入理解联盟流量场景与站内承接的运营机制，识别交易链路中的断点与损耗，主导关键转化环节的产品设计与迭代。
- 在 AI 背景下探索联盟业务的新产品形态，如智能导购与商品推荐Agent、Skill，定义产品形态与衡量标准，并推动从 MVP 到规模化的落地。
- 建立并持续完善 C 端产品的数据指标体系（转化漏斗、用户留存、订单质量、ROI 等），通过数据分析与实验验证驱动产品决策，对核心业务指标负责。
- 与运营、研发等团队高效协同，平衡多方诉求，推动复杂链路下的跨端、跨业务线产品方案落地，并跟进上线后的效果回收与迭代。
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品经验，有电商、本地生活、导购/CPS 联盟或交易类产品经验者优先。
- 对 AI 产品形态有真实的实践或深度思考，理解大模型/Agent 能力边界与工程化落地路径，能将 AI 能力转化为可衡量业务价值的 product。
- 具备优秀的抽象与结构化能力，能在多方依赖、链路复杂的场景下理清权责与优先级，有跨团队推进项目的成功经验。 1. 业务正处于 AI 重构用户链路的窗口期，有机会定义联盟 C 端在 AI 时代的新产品形态，个人影响力可见度高。 2. 联盟连接外部媒体渠道与站内交易的独特生态位，天然接触“流量—内容—交易—履约”的全链路视角，可以积累跨端、跨业务线的复杂链路产品能力。
