## Job description
- 围绕核心指标，制定库存相关业务策略，优化客户体验和库存成本；
- 搭建库存指标体系，围绕结果指标和过程指标，形成闭环运营管理；
- 承接中心仓订货、前置仓调拨日常运营工作，管理供应商订单满足率和晚点到货率指标，优化履约行为；
- 建立并完善内部作业流程、跨部门协同流程，形成标准化；
- 订货系统产品功能的需求输出，推动上线和后续迭代，完成提效。
- 供应链库存计划经验3年以上；
- 具备运营管理思维，有闭环管理意识；
- 具备项目推动经验，能基于项目目标制定方合理方案，推动项目落地且做好风险管理；
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，能从客户体验和成本优化方向输出对应策略；
- 能熟练使用办公软件工具，会SQL技能者优先。 1.有良好的成长空间及晋升机会； 2.有良好的培训氛围和培训拓展机会。
