## Job description
- 深入了解业务，建立合理有效的分析体系，能够给予业务方有效专业的财务意见及解决方案并优化履约链路成本管控；
- 深度参与年度预算及月度业务目标制定，高频追踪目标完成情况对风险及时预警，对重点业务和项目进行随时跟进，定期反馈；
- 与业务部门建立良好合作关系，对业务策略有判断并能输出财务意见；
- 建立业务运营风险管控机制，并制定应对方案。
- 财务或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上财务相关经验，有零售、物流相关工作经验者优先；
- 具备数据敏感性和探知欲、分析和解决问题的能力，逻辑清晰严谨，沟通表达和协调能力强；
- 勤奋踏实，有较强的工作投入度和自驱力，富有团对合作精神。
- 具备良好的沟通、协调与合作能力。
- 认同企业文化，拥抱变化，乐观自信。
- 英文流利，支持日常工作。
- 深入参与到业务模式探索中，通过财务分析推动业务决策及方案落地
- 能够参与海外业务0-1的建设过程，快速成长，提升综合能力
- 团队氛围好
- 对 AI 技术在财务和业务分析领域的应用有主动探索意识，能结合 AI 工具创新分析方法，推动财务支持数智化转型。
