## Job description

### 自营经验
- 具备自营业务实操经验，熟悉从选品、定价到库存管理的全链路闭环。

### 多品宽品类操盘能力
- 曾操盘过多品宽的品类采购，有餐饮干调品类经验者优先；

### 区域商家资源与标品能力
- 熟悉区域内商家生态，有标品自营操盘经历，且操盘规模达单城 500 SKU 以上。
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，有三年以上调味品行业采销经验，擅长调味品相关采购，有大平台线上采购经营者优先。
- 对调味品类目行业及供应链有一定的了解和认知，具备推动区域业务发展的能力。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力、谈判技巧、协调能力和执行力。 1、激励政策优厚，发展空间大、个人能力提升快。
