## Job description
- 负责快乐猴物流（厦门）区域内的日常配送运营管理，确保货物准时、安全送达。
- 带领10人配送团队，进行人员排班、任务分配及绩效跟踪，提升团队执行效率。
- 优化配送路线与流程，控制运输成本，提高整体配送时效与客户满意度。
- 处理配送过程中的异常问题，包括客户投诉、货物破损或延误等，并及时协调解决。
- 与仓储、客服等部门协作，保障物流环节高效运转。
- 大学专科及以上学历，物流、运输或相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上物流或配送行业工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉厦门市及周边区域交通路线，具备较强的路线规划能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，韧性好，能够应对突发状况。
- 熟练使用办公软件及物流管理系统，具备基础数据分析能力。 互联网一线公司，大平台，业务前景好，个人成长发展空间大
