## Job description

这是一个属于人力资源（HR）序列的岗位——我们重视HR的战略价值，也期待与拥抱AI的你一起，重新定义未来的人力资源工作。
- 负责培训项目的智能化设计与落地——运用AI工具优化培训全流程（需求诊断、内容开发、效果评估），推动数据驱动的培训决策；在与学员互动中提升影响力，从业务实战中萃取经验并沉淀为组织知识资产。
- 参与构建AI时代的学习型组织——推动AI生产力工具在员工学习与发展中的普及应用，设计人机协同的学习体验，加速全员AI素养提升。
- 主导AI+培训的前沿实践——研究并落地AI在学习内容生成、个性化学习推荐、智能陪练与评估等场景的应用；参与AI学习产品的数据标注与知识库建设，持续优化智能学习体验。

### 工作要求
- 人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学、教育技术、数据科学等相关专业，大学及以上学历；
- 熟练使用主流AI工具，具备将AI融入工作流的实践意识；
- 具备基础数据分析能力，能基于学习数据诊断培训效果并推动迭代优化；
- 沟通能力强，善于与人交往，乐于为他人成长贡献自己的力量。
