## Job description

我们正在寻找一位对内容有敏锐直觉、真正关注 AI、愿意尝试新玩法的内容营销实习生。你将参与 AI 产品的内容策划、创作与传播，并探索更自然、更灵活的 KOC 合作方式。 你会负责
- 策划并产出适合小红书、抖音、公众号等平台的产品内容；
- 挖掘 AI 产品的真实使用场景，把功能卖点转化成用户愿意看、愿意分享的内容；
- 关注平台热点、内容趋势和用户讨论，快速提出选题并落地；
- 寻找和筛选合适的 KOC，设计更灵活、真实的合作玩法；
- 跟踪内容及 KOC 投放数据，复盘效果并持续优化；
- 参与产品研究、用户洞察和内容营销创意讨论。 我们希望你

### 内容 sense 很好
- 熟悉主流内容平台，能判断什么内容“有网感但不油腻”，对选题、标题、表达和视觉有自己的审美；

### 对 AI 好奇且懂
- 长期关注 AI 产品和行业动态，实际使用过多款 AI 工具，能理解产品，也能用普通用户听得懂的方式讲清楚；

### 对 KOC 有自己的灵活想法
- 不局限于批量铺量和固定报价，能从人群、场景、内容共创、素人种草等角度设计合作方式；
- 有较强的文案、信息搜集和快速学习能力，能够独立推进任务；
- 对结果和数据敏感，愿意不断测试、复盘和调整 AI创新产品、团队扁平创新力强、实习生项目参与程度高
