## Job description
- 负责烧烤类目半熟调自营商品的采购规划与执行，确保商品供应稳定且成本可控。
- 深度分析市场趋势与消费者需求，制定采购策略并优化商品结构。
- 维护并拓展优质供应商资源，建立长期合作关系，推动供应链效率提升。
- 协同运营、品控及仓储团队，保障商品质量、库存周转及交付时效。
- 监控销售数据与库存动态，及时调整采购计划以应对市场变化。
- 大学专科及以上学历，5年以上采购相关工作经验，有生鲜或食品类目采购背景优先。
- 熟悉烧烤类目商品特性及供应链流程，具备较强的供应商开发与管理能力。
- 具备优秀的谈判技巧、成本意识及数据分析能力。
- 工作责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
- 能适应北京或上海工作地点，接受阶段性出差。
- 自驱力强，具有较好的学习能力，愿意主动思考AI如何进一步优化工作流程。
- 参与自营核心品类建设，拥有较大的业务决策空间。
- 与行业优质供应商深度合作，积累丰富的供应链资源。
- 公司提供完善的培训体系与职业发展通道。
- 团队氛围开放协作，鼓励创新与结果导向。
