## Job description
- 参与研发基础设施建设工作。
- 参与新技术的探索、应用和落地，参与智能化测试的探索。
- 参与对业务开发和测试团队的技术支持。
- 对工程质量和工程效率领域具有长期的热情，具备充分的韧性与主动性。
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或其他相关专业，计算机技术基础扎实，至少掌握Java、Python、VUE等编程语言中的一种。
- 落地并持续改进多种测试框架和工具，并有针对性地做出迭代改进以及创新，能结合AI技术对已有工具系统进行智能化改造。
- 业务极具挑战。
- 团队气氛融洽，技术氛围浓厚，对新员工有完善的培训和指导体系，与各部门合作紧密，配合默契。
- 团队拥有优秀的人才，前瞻的技术，成熟的机制，积极的学习氛围以及探索精神，内部多位技术专家在GIAC、MTSC、QECon等技术峰会上与业界同行进行分享与交流。
