## Job description
- 深度了解北京上海等S级城市以及广西省的酒品类市场及供应链情况（尤其是啤酒、白酒的高流通商品），根据歪马的特点，制定商品选品策略及品类经营规划，推动品类增长，达成既定经营指标；

### 商品规划
- 通过渠道特点，市场趋势，消费者及数据洞察等挖掘潜力商品，推动头部品牌商品定制，打造品类独特商品力；

### 品类经营
- 联动品牌挖掘商品卖点，打造爆品，通过有效活动运营策略提升销售，运用数据化思维，不断复盘迭代活动运营策略，沉淀并及时调整活动打法，优化活动效果；通过供应商及品牌资源谈判，获取更多的资源投入；

### 供应链
- 分析供应链现状，优化供应体系等，针对新开城快速引入优势供应链，建立成本优势。
- 五年以上零售行业经验，3年以上酒饮品类采销经验；
- 具备丰富的行业资源及行业认知；
- 对数据敏感度高，能够对数据进行深度分析并输出分析结果及调整动作；
- 具有较强的谈判能力，沟通技巧及多部门协作能力；
- 具备良好的学习能力，积极进取，敢于主动接受挑战;
- 良好的团队协作精神，善于反思和自我改进，不局限在传统的采销范式中。
- 即时零售渠道目前属于消费品蓝海；
- 酒水品类线上份额潜力巨大；
- 团队内专家云集，氛围融洽。
