## Job description
- 参与美团平台搜索工具产品的需求分析与功能设计，协助完成产品原型和文档撰写。
- 跟进用户反馈与数据表现，分析搜索体验问题并提出优化建议。
- 协同技术、设计、运营等团队推进项目落地，确保产品按时高质量交付。
- 关注行业动态与发展，输出有价值的市场与用户洞察报告。
- 使用AI工具快速解决业务提出的问题，沉淀相关产品能力。
- 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维与沟通能力，对用户体验有敏锐洞察力。
- 熟练使用各种原型工具，具备基础数据分析能力。
- 有产品实习或项目经验者优先，对互联网产品有浓厚兴趣。
- 深入参与核心搜索产品迭代，积累一线产品实战经验。
- 与资深产品团队紧密协作，获得专业指导与成长支持。
- 弹性工作制，开放包容的团队氛围，提供实习补贴与转正机会。
