## Job description
- 负责北京区域门店配送运输的日常调度与管理，统筹车辆资源，合理规划配送路线，确保准时到达率；
- 管理运输团队（司机、跟车员等），负责人员排班、绩效考核及团队培训；
- 对接仓储、采购及门店端，协调越库调拨、整箱及拆零配送等多种物流模式的运力匹配；
- 监控运输成本，推动单车装载率提升，优化约车托数与车型匹配方案，降低吨公里成本；
- 建立并完善运输作业SOP，推动运输时效、货损率、签收异常等核心指标达标；
- 处理运输过程中的突发异常（交通管制、车辆故障、货损等），制定应急预案并持续优化；
- 对接第三方承运商，个体司机、服务质量评估及结算对账；
- 参与物流数字化建设，推动TMS等系统的落地应用，提升运输管理的数据化、可视化水平。 1、专科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、交通运输等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上城配/零售物流运输管理经验，有生鲜、快消、商超配送经验者优先； 3、熟悉北京城区及周边道路交通状况，了解货车通行政策及限行规定； 4、具备车队管理经验，能独立完成20人以上运输团队的日常管理； 5、熟练使用TMS、WMS等物流系统，具备数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动运营改善； 6、具备较强的成本意识，有运输成本优化的实际案例和落地经验； 7、能力强，能适应早班及弹性工作时间，有处理突发物流异常的实战经验； 1、平台大、成长快：快乐猴北京物流业务高速发展，门店持续扩张，你将参与从0到1搭建和优化区域运输体系，成长空间充足； 2、技术驱动：公司重视物流数字化，TMS、智能调度等系统工具完善，用数据说话而非拍脑袋决策；
