## Job description
- 带领团队基于需求预测，输出品类备货计划，并通过备货策略调整、供应商履约/起订周转优化等策略，优交付品类缺货/周转/不健康优化的目标；
- 带领团队探索供应链进向成本优化的机会点，提升自提渗透率、装载率、大车型占比等指标，优化进向成本；
- 带领团队探索自动化的机会点，提升团队运营效率；
- 与品类采购深度共建，探索供应链优化机会点，推动品类销售增长与UE改善。
- 具备3年以上团队管理经验，具备较好的供应链专业知识，积极主动，有较强的自驱力；
- 熟练掌握各类办公软件，具有较强的逻辑思考能力、数据分析能力、复杂问题的拆解能力；
- 具备沟通、协同、推动影响力。
- 从事过酒饮/蛋品采控经验优先； 1.岗位视野广，涉及自营+平台模式，供应链进向、采购、库存、履约等多模块能力视野； 2.团队氛围好，驱动力强；
