## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与大模型应用、Agent应用、企业内部AI工具等产品的研发与落地。
- 基于大模型API、RAG、工具调用、工作流编排等能力，构建可用、稳定、可迭代的AI应用。
- 与产品、算法、数据、业务团队合作，将真实业务场景转化为AI解决方案。
- 负责AI应用的后端服务、接口设计、数据处理、效果监控与持续优化。 岗位要求 1. 2026/2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先。 2. 熟悉至少一门编程语言，如Python、Go、Java、TypeScript。 3. 具备扎实的软件工程基础，理解常见后端开发、数据库、接口设计和系统部署。 4. 了解 Prompt、RAG、Function Calling、Agent、Embedding、MCP协议等基础概念。
- 具备较强的问题拆解能力，能把业务需求转化为工程方案。
