## Job description
- 负责全国范围内配送时效的监控、分析与优化，制定并执行时效提升策略。
- 建立并完善配送时效运营指标体系，定期输出时效分析报告，推动问题闭环解决。
- 协同前置仓相关链路等环节，优化配送服务标准与支持能力，提升整体履约时效交付能力。
- 针对异常时效问题开展根因分析，制定改进方案并推动跨部门落地实施。
- 持续跟踪行业趋势与行业动态，探索新技术或新模式在时效管理中的应用。
- 大学本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、交通运输等相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上物流运营或配送管理经验，有大型物流平台或电商企业背景者优先。
- 熟悉全国配送网络运作机制，具备较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
- 熟练使用SQL等数据分析工具，有BI工具使用经验者更佳。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，能独立推动跨部门协作。 全国业务，管理小象业务配送时效核心策略，成长空间大
