## Job description
- 负责快乐猴门店设备的全生命周期管理，包括选型、采购、安装、维护及报废处理。
- 制定并执行设备维护计划，确保门店设备高效运行，降低故障率和运营成本。
- 协调工程营建团队，参与新店开业及旧店改造中的设备布局与实施工作。
- 建立设备管理标准与流程，推动门店设备标准化和智能化升级。
- 大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化或相关专业优先。
- 具备3年以上设备管理或工程营建相关工作经验，有连锁零售或餐饮行业背景者优先。
- 熟悉常用商用设备（如制冷、通风、POS系统等）的技术原理与维护要点。
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，能独立推动跨部门协作。
- 加入快速发展的连锁品牌，参与全国门店扩张与升级项目。
