## Job description
- 负责自动驾驶软件产品的规划、设计与迭代，结合技术趋势与用户需求制定产品路线图。
- 协同算法、工程、测试等团队，推动产品从需求定义到落地交付的全流程管理。
- 深入分析行业动态与同行情况，挖掘产品优化机会并推动创新功能落地。
- 建立并维护产品指标体系，通过数据驱动产品决策与持续改进。
- 利用AI能力扩展产品边界，创造AI时代的产品工程师价值，推动物理智能的快速发展和规模化落地。 1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业背景。 2. 5年以上软件产品经验，有自动驾驶、智能驾驶或相关AI产品经验者优先。 3. 熟悉软件开发流程，具备跨团队协作能力与技术理解力。 4. 具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通表达能力和项目管理能力。 5.具备AI coding能力，通过AI工具实现数据分析、看板搭建、云端工具平台搭建等工作。
