## Job description
- 负责中心仓日常运营管理，统筹货物的入库、存储、分拣、出库全流程，确保各环节高效有序运转；
- 优化仓库操作规范（SOP），提升仓储效率与准确率；
- 监控关键运营指标（库存准确率、出入库及时率、人效、异常类坪效等），定期输出数据分析报告；
- 管理仓库全体人员，负责人员面试、培训、排班及绩效考核，做好员工激励与人才梯队建设，根据业务波峰波谷调配用工需求；
- 负责库存盘点工作，确保账实一致，控制库存损耗率，管理仓库设备、设施及耗材，做好日常维护与台账记录；
- 全面负责仓库安全管理，建立安全生产制度，定期开展安全培训与应急演练，组织开展5S/6S现场管理，保持仓库整洁规范；
- 供应链、商运等部门紧密协作，保障货物及时到位与履约，处理供应商入仓、退货等异常事务； 1、大专及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上仓储管理工作经验，有中大型（日均出库1万单以上）仓库管理经验者优先； 3、熟悉仓储管理体系（WMS/ERP系统操作），具备较强的数据分析能力； 4、具备出色的团队管理能力，较强的问题解决能力，良好的沟通协调能力，善于跨部门推动工作落地； 美团核心业务，创新重点项目，发展机会巨大。 团队氛围较好，可快速融入，个人能力提升空间大
