## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责外部委外服务场站的日常管理和考核；
- 针对服务站的日常工作规范和时效质量进行监督，并提出有效的改善措施；
- 根据培训计划，完成对服务站维修操作及维护保养的培训；
- 针对组内各项服务指标进行管控，确保数据指标有效达成；
- 维护服务机制，对工作中的协同机制进行对齐并不断完善；
- 探索和运用AI工具辅助维修问题诊断及工作处置。

### 以往工作具备3年以上汽车售后维修一线管理经验
- 能够以客户为中心，具备正直诚信的价值观；
- 学习能力强，乐于接受新事物并善于钻研，有使用AI工具提效个人或团队工作的经验和想法；
- 主动积极、有较强的进取心和责任心，有团队协作精神；
- 沟通能力强，能够很好的跨部门沟通协作;
- 适应能力强，能够适应工作中的节奏和变化；
- 有一定的结构化思考能力，逻辑清晰，较强的分析、归纳、总结能力；
- 本科及以上学历； 国内知名互联网头部平台，福利完善，晋升机制清晰。智能化自动车业务发展前景可期，期待有志之才加入一同见证。
