## Job description
- 负责司机与车辆日常管理工作，帮助解决司机困难；
- 根据货量、时效、成本等关键因素，完成系统排线；
- 管理发运劳务人员，提供作业培训指导并完成日常工作质量；
- 管理发运现场，提升发运整体效率与装载率；
- 调配车辆资源，追踪货物在途情况，保障在途时效履约；
- 统计运输管理报表数据，输出城市运输日报
- 具有3年以上冷链支线运输、城配运输管理经验；
- 专科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、企业管理等相关专业优先；
- 良好的沟通能力、较强的协同能力，大局观强、善于思考及总结，善于发现问题并优化；
- 具备司机与车辆管理专业知识，分拨现场管理经验优先；
- 可以接受晚班工作时间。 完善的培训体系，公平公正的晋升渠道，业务发展前景广阔。
