## Job description
- 搭建供应链计划相关指标体系，深入供应链各环节，梳理需求及指标口径，包括计划、库存、履约等模块；

### 业务分析与洞察
- 深入理解供应链业务流程，协同城市计划和品类计划对全盘计划进行统筹，制定和运营库存指标。通过日常监控、归因分析，联动协同方解决问题，并提出改进方案和有效措施，不断挖掘数据产品的潜在应用场景；

### 看板开发与流程优化
- 针对数据相关需求，承接需求梳理->上线->运营的交付相关工作；
- 项目支持，供应计划相关项目支持，挖掘有价值的业务建议；
- 跨团队协作，与部门内外部协同方密切合作，推动数据能力的落地。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上供应链计划领域相关经验，熟练使用SQL、Python等工具优先；
- 具备电商、快消行业从业经历者优先，掌握端到端的供应链管理方法；
- 具备业务敏感度、结构化思维与数据分析能力；
- 具备项目管理经验，能基于计划执行推动相关方完成相关动作的落地；
- 出色的跨团队沟通能力，能清晰传递分析结论，并推动项目落地。 具有挑战性的业务场景，利于专业沉淀；有机会完成0-1的新能力建设。
