## Job description
- 负责协助处理美团全业务政府投诉，快速解决客户问题，提高客户服务体验，增进政府对企业的理解；
- 协助政府调解投诉事项，坚持以客户为中心快速解决风险客诉问题，化解企业投诉因量变引发的政府侧责令整改、行政处罚等风险；
- 定期输出政府投诉经典案例，咨询政府部门意见，建立投诉处置的“政府视角”，分析客户诉求，客服痛点，优化客诉处理流程和话术；
- 分析研判政府投诉风险，遇到业务批量投诉问题和公司解决方案，及时向政府部门预警；
- 涉及公司的政府投诉、抽检、调查等信息，及时同步相关业务、GA、平台治理团队，争取前置影响。
- 大专及以上学历；
- 有复杂客户投诉处理经验，具备良好的沟通表达和谈判能力，优秀的跨部门协同合作能力，良好的情绪控制能力；
- 有良好的风险识别和危机意识，坚持以客户为中心的客户服务意识；
- 具备一定写作功底，理解能力强，掌握法律法规相关条款，可以通过引经据典的方式让用户能够理解。如《北京市接诉即办工作条例》《食安法》《消保法》《电商法》《电子商务法》《合同法》《个保法》等；
- 可接受排班排休的工作制度。 1.良好的组织氛围和平台发展机会； 2.业务协同机会丰富，关注体验，深度参与服务体验优化和风险防控。
