## Job description
- 负责酒店在平台的日常运营和管理工作，包括指标达成、营销活动、线上推广、针对指导等，协助客服解决商家客诉及异常问题处理；
- 通过上门拜访、电话运营维护商家，全面提高商家线上运营意识和能力，给子商家可行的优化提升方案；
- 维护好作伙伴的长期合作关系，深入了解商家特点，落地公司策略 4 做好市场和行业动态信息收集和反馈
- 本科及以上学历；

### 可以接受短期出养，工作形式
- 电销+面销;
- 具备较强的销售沟通技巧、运营思维、市场敏税度、喜欢酒旅行业；
- 有较强时间规划 韧性能力以及执行力。具有良好的团队合作精神；
- 较强的学习能力和自我成长意愿,明确的职业生涯规划。
- 具备OTA行业、酒店运营经验以及酒店管理专业优先；
- 熱练使用办公软件。 面对不同客户，增强销售能力和解决问题的能力，并可以对酒店行业有更全面、更深入的了解； 有机会与公司共同成长，个人综合能力将随业务发展及需求变化不断提升。
