## Job description

### 广告运营策略体系搭建
- 基于商家分层和品类分层，设计差异化的广告产品组合、定价策略和投放方案；

### 商家广告效果优化
- 深入商家细分场景，结合AI智能诊断工具，输出可落地的广告优化方案，提升商家广告ROI；

### 广告产品与玩法创新
- 探索适合医美行业的广告新玩法，通过产品创新带动主力类目增长和潜力类目培育；

### 销售协同与商家管理
- 联动销售团队，推动广告策略在商家侧的落地执行，建立商家广告运营的数据反馈闭环。 1.5年以上互联网广告运营经验，有平台广告运营经验，熟悉竞价广告/全站广告等不同产品线索广告投放机制； 2.具备「行业及商家视角」——对不同分层分类客户能提供不同的解决方案，站在行业和商家角度思考广告投放的价值； 3.有医美行业/医疗健康行业广告或线索行业广告运营经验者优先； 4.

### 数据分析+策略输出能力

能从广告数据中发现规律，输出清晰可执行的策略建议，并推进产品优化和创新；
- 希望能具备政策敏感度、用户信任构建能力和全链路策略设计能力。 1.

### 行业深研

深度了解行业，且有全链路C端到B端的视角运营的机会。站在平台视角纵深行业了解从交易到广告，有机会推进行业变化。 2.

### 自主创新

有机会主导公司重大项目，从0到1探索新商业模式，深度参与AI应用及有机会创造运营工作新范式。
