## Job description
- 负责净菜业务的整体运营规划与管理，制定并执行运营策略，提升运营效率与服务质量。
- 协同供应链各环节，包括采购、品控、加工、配送等，确保流程标准化与成本优化。
- 带领团队完成日常运营目标，监控关键指标，及时调整运营方案以应对市场变化。
- 推动净菜产品标准化建设，保证质量目标达成；
- 根据公司下发目标，制定经营策略，提升毛利降低成本，带领团队逐步拓展深加工边界拓展.
- 大学本科及以上学历，物流\食品科学或相关专业优先。
- 具备8年以上生鲜运营相关工作经验，有净菜、预制菜背景者优先。
- 具备资深运营管理能力，有100人以上团队管理经验，擅长跨部门协作与资源整合。
- 熟悉生鲜供应链全流程，对食品安全、冷链物流、仓储管理有深入理解。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力与战略思维，能独立制定并推动运营策略落地。
- 加入快速发展的生鲜行业，参与净菜业务从0到1的规模化建设。
- 拥有高度自主权，全面负责运营体系搭建与团队管理。
- 工作地点位于北京，享受具有竞争力的薪酬与职业发展通道。
