## Job description
- 负责业务开发和地面产品销售工作，完成销售目标。
- 负责管理北京组的产品销售团队，指导团队成员完成销售任务。
- 负责与客户建立良好的关系，维护客户的满意度。
- 负责制定销售计划和策略，推动销售业绩的提升。
- 大学专科以上学历，市场营销、销售管理等相关专业优先。
- 有2年以上业务开发或产品销售经验，有团队管理经验者优先考虑。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和酒店运营能力。
- 熟悉北京市场，有一定的客户资源和销售渠道。
- 可以在北京市场拓展个人影响力，实现个人职业发展。
- 可以带领团队完成销售目标，获得团队合作的快乐和成就感。
- 能够接触到各种类型的客户，拓展人脉关系，为未来的事业发展奠定基础。
