## Job description

### 战略规划与网络布局
- 开展区域市场深度研究（商圈流量、加盟政策、租赁成本分析等），制定区域加盟网络拓展规划，建立商准入评估体系，通过选址模型（人流量/租金比、外送热力圈）构建动态数据库，实施分级管理策略；

### 开发全流程管控
- 主导商资质审查，组织跨部门商准入评审会，输出可行性评估报告，设计谈判策略路径图，完成从商务洽谈到合同签署的全周期管控；

### 财务模型与风控
- 构建单店盈利模型，开展租金敏感性分析及收益预测（投资回收期、EBITDA利润率），制定标准化合同模板，规避物业产权瑕疵、竞业限制等法律风险；

### 运营赋能与生态构建
- 建立商健康度监测体系，迭代总部支持政策，设计商分级赋能方案；

### 跨部门协同
- 协同设计、工程和财税法、招商、CAP等，确保项目的推进和实施。 1.本科及以上学历，房地产开发、餐饮开发、商业管理等相关专业背景； 2.3年以上加盟体系拓展经验，主导完成过20+加盟项目全周期落地； 3.熟悉加盟管理相关法律法规及政策，掌握基础财务测算（IRR/ROI计算）； 4.具备较强的商业洽谈和谈判技巧，能够有效协商并达成加盟合作。 1.操盘过商裂变计划（老商推荐激励体系）； 2.熟悉商数字化管理系统（签约在线化、数据看板搭建）。
