## Job description
- 定义并实施Agent支持的未来人力资源运营模式，明确工作如何在人类和agent之间转移，角色如何演变，以及如何重新定义人力资源能力实现组织绩效提升。
- 主导人工智能时代的组织重塑，确保组织设计具有可采纳性和可持续性。
- 通过分析、建模帮助开发下一代劳动力解决方案，支持劳动力规划决策。
- 重新定义人工智能劳动力中的角色、职责和技能，主导岗位设计、角色厘清和劳动力影响评估，帮助员工在人工智能世界中蓬勃发展。
- 将人工智能融入关键的人力资源流程，提高准确性、速度和决策质量。
- 持续寻找新兴的人工智能实践并应用，通过明确的关键指标衡量人工智能计划的影响，利用洞察来改进流程并提升员工体验。
- 真实使用过主流AI工具完成实际工作任务，能熟练调用LLM，进行提示工程、RAG、工作流和Agent构建。

### 或者（与要求1）拥有2年以上劳动力管理与流程经验，具备以下一个或多个领域的经验
- 劳动力战略与解决方案、劳动力能力、组织变革和/或人力资源分析。
- 对人工智能重塑工作和能力需求有深刻理解，或有强烈的兴趣，具有前瞻性思维、好奇心和自信心，喜欢打破常规做事。
- 注重行动和实际执行效果，能快速上手新工具、新平台，能在模糊环境中自驱。
- 擅长跨职能协作，能与人力资源、技术、数据、业务等多方有效沟通和协同推进。 1.有AI 产品从0到1的建设经验，可分享案例并有实际可评估的效果。
