## Job description
- 负责快乐猴门店设备的全生命周期管理，包括选型、采购、安装、维护及报废处理。
- 制定并优化设备运维标准流程，确保门店设备高效、安全、稳定运行。
- 协调工程营建团队，保障新店开业及旧店改造中设备系统的顺利落地。
- 建立设备故障应急响应机制，快速处理突发问题，降低门店运营影响。
- 分析设备运行数据，提出节能降耗与效率提升的改进方案。
- 大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化或相关专业背景。
- 具备3年以上设备管理或工程运维相关工作经验，有连锁零售或餐饮行业背景优先。
- 熟悉商用厨房设备、空调系统、电力系统等基础设施的运行与维护。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力与项目管理能力，能独立推动跨部门协作。
- 工作责任心强，具备较强的沟通能力与问题解决能力。
- 加入快速发展的连锁品牌，参与全国门店扩张与标准化建设。
- 提供完善的培训体系与清晰的职业发展通道。
