## Job description

### Key Responsibilities

1- Category Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report daily category performance metrics
- Conduct performance analysis at supplier, category, sub-category, and item levels
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and provide actionable insights to Category Managers and Division Head
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly category performance reports and business reviews 2- Promotion & Commercial Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report promotion performance
- Analyze promotional effectiveness by supplier, category, and item classification 3- New Item Performance Management
- Track newly listed items and monitor post launch performance
- Measure sales contribution, sell-through rates, availability of newly listed products
- Prepare regular reports highlighting successful launches and underperforming items 4- Dashboard & Reporting Automation
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve category dashboards and automated reporting tools
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution of reports
- Support data extraction, validation, and reporting process optimization 5- Meeting & Business Review Support
- Prepare presentations, business review materials, and performance packs for internal category team and management meeting, same for external supplier meetings.
- Document meeting outcomes, key decisions, and action items.
- Track action plan execution and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- 本科及以上学历，供应链、采购、行政、财务类相关专业优先，有采购助理/商品助理/系统操作经验优先。
- 熟悉商品新品上架、调价、信息维护、流程审批等内部系统操作逻辑，学习能力强，能快速上手公司自研或通用采购/ERP系统。
- 擅长数据核对、表格整理、信息录入，做事严谨细致，对数字与信息敏感，无错单漏单。
- 具备良好的流程意识与执行力，沟通顺畅，责任心强，能高效完成重复性系统操作工作。
- 工作认真耐心，自我驱动，日常数据处理与系统维护工作。 出海业务，成长速度快，国际化氛围，业务0-1
