## Job description
- 负责美团内部 Agent 平台产品的规划、设计与迭代，重点建设 Managed Agent、Multica、Sandbox、Skill 等核心能力，提升 Agent 的开发、运行、管理和复用效率；
- 深入理解内部研发及业务团队的 Agent 应用场景，开展用户调研、需求分析和痛点洞察，形成产品路线图及阶段性规划；
- 负责产品全生命周期管理，包括需求定义、方案设计、项目推进、测试验收、发布运营及效果复盘，推动产品持续迭代；
- 围绕 Agent 开发与运行链路，完善开发者工具、调试评测、资源管理、安全隔离、权限治理、可观测性及成本管理等产品能力；
- 推动 Skill 的创建、管理、发现、复用和生态建设，降低 Agent 开发门槛，促进优秀能力在美团内部规模化沉淀与流通；
- 定义产品目标和核心指标，持续跟踪用户规模、使用活跃度、开发效率、任务成功率、稳定性及资源成本等数据，驱动产品优化；
- 协同研发及业务团队推动产品落地，清晰传递产品价值，支持重点业务场景完成 Agent 化升级；
- 持续跟踪大模型、Agent、云计算及 AI 基础设施领域的技术和产品趋势，制定产品中长期规划；
- 深入业务场景，主动挖掘并评估高价值 Agent 应用机会，推动场景落地与效果验证；沉淀可复用的 Agent、Skill、工作流等标准化资产，建设可复制、可推广的 AI 场景解决方案。
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先；
- 了解大语言模型及 Agent 的基本原理，熟悉 Prompt Engineering、Tool Use、RAG、Memory、Multi-Agent、Skill 等相关技术和产品形态；
- 具备良好的技术理解力，能够理解 API、SDK、Sandbox、安全隔离及可观测性等基础概念，并与研发团队高效协作；
- 具备较强的用户洞察、产品规划和复杂系统设计能力，能够将多角色、多场景需求抽象为通用平台能力；
- 具备良好的数据意识和产品判断力，能够通过定性调研与定量指标发现问题并推动改进；
- 具备较强的项目推动、沟通协调和结果交付能力，能够适应快速变化的技术环境和工作节奏；
- 对 AI、Agent、云基础设施及开发者工具保持强烈好奇心，具备持续学习和快速实践能力。 参与美团内部Agent平台建设，探索大规模真实业务场景，与工程及业务团队深度协作。推动前沿能力从0到1落地，沉淀“AI平台＋业务解决方案”复合能力，成长空间广阔。
