## Job description

- 全球派遣（外派）台账与日常运营维护：负责外派人员日常运营台账的更新与维护，确保每日新增外派人员信息及时、准确落账，并同步至下游 local ops 团队（如沙特工签台账、GCC 国家 onboarding 台账），保障信息传递零遗漏。

### 外派协议全生命周期管理
- 负责外派协议的发放、签署跟进与催办，及存量协议的核查、扫描与归档，确保协议签署及时率与归档完整率达到团队标准。

### 跨团队信息同步
- 基于外派发薪台账，定期更新财务报表及 HRBP 维度表格，保障下游团队获取的外派信息准确一致。

### 外派数据质检与校正
- 结合每月 payroll cutoff 对外派数据进行异常核查（如员工入境信息），跟进员工确认；配合质检组定期校正台账与底盘数据，持续提升基础数据质量。

### 外派数据分析支持
- 支持不定期的外派数据分析需求（如年度复盘中外派基础现状分析），沉淀可复用的数据模板。 本科及以上学历，0-2 年工作经验，人力资源、行政管理、财务、数据或相关专业优先。 有 HR 共享服务中心、人事运营或涉外事务实习/工作经验者加分。 细心踏实、责任心强，对数据和数字敏感，能在重复性事务中保持高准确率。 有基础的数据整理和核对能力。 具备良好的跨团队沟通与跟进能力，能主动推动事项闭环。 英语具备读写能力，能处理境外员工信息、与海外团队进行日常书面沟通。 深入接触全球派遣（Global Mobility）全流程，覆盖工签、协议、薪酬数据、合规等完整链路； 与财务、HRBP、海外 local ops 等多方协作的历练，快速建立全局视野； 表现优秀者可向 Global Mobility 运营专家或数据运营方向发展。
