## Job description
- 参与Keemart物流运输方向的产品建设，涵盖智能调度策略、运输执行链路、运力管理等核心模块。
- 基于运输业务数据进行深度分析，用数据驱动产品设计决策。维护核心指标监控体系，定期输出数据分析报告，支撑业务迭代。
- 协同技术、业务、算法团队推进产品方案落地，跟进需求调研、需求评审、开发测试及上线验收全流程，确保项目按时高质量交付。
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，每周可实习4-5天，持续3个月以上。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL/Python进行数据提取与分析，熟悉原型设计工具。
- 细心且负责，能梳理并处理涉及运输流程、权限规则等复杂业务场景。
- 具备良好的英语口语交流能力，能适应国际化团队沟通及海外业务场景讨论。
- 对物流运输行业有基本认知。
- 参与核心调度算法与策略的产品化落地，直接作用于运输效率提升，产出可量化、可感知。
- 海外平台视野扩展，高增长空间、体验多国差异文化。
- 团队扁平、氛围好。
