## Job description
- 主导 SaaS 直连产品的规划与迭代，围绕直连覆盖率、房态准确率、订单处理时效等核心指标制定产品策略并推动落地
- 深入商家经营场景，梳理 PMS 与平台间的数据同步链路，识别断点与体验瓶颈，推动端到端体验优化
- 结合Agent实践AI能力，设计智能化产品方案（如智能房型映射、异常自动诊断与修复），降低商家操作成本与运营人效
- 本科及以上，3年以上互联网产品经验，有 OTA 直连、供应链、或酒店SaaS相关背景优先
- 具备较强的业务抽象能力，能将复杂的系统对接逻辑转化为清晰的产品方案
- 有 AI 产品的实际落地经验，能识别场景并将 AI 能力转化为可交付的产品功能
- 优秀的跨团队推动力，能高效协同技术、商家运营、BD 等多方达成目标 你将加入美团酒店 SaaS 的核心链路团队，有美团大语言模型的底层能力支撑，有面向酒店场景开放的各类 AI Agent 基础设施，正在开启 AI 时代的 SaaS 新范式——不只是做功能迭代，而是定义智能化酒店直连产品的下一代形态。
