## Job description

### 运营网格管理
- 负责运营网格内的车辆资产盘活管理工作，确保网格产能、质量、效率指标等。

### 团队管理
- 搭建一线运维团队，员工守则、绩效考核、考勤等规则落地。

### 数据管理
- 配合技术类人员工作，负责日常数据的收集、分析，维修问题的整理、归纳和反馈。

### 结果达成
- 汇报给维修经理管理一线维修人员，达成每日网格运维计划。

### SOP执行落地
- 落实SOP要求，完成SOP自审，总部SOP审核后CAP项目实施。

### 物料资产管理
- 仓内物料（好件、废料）进销存，按照要求完成定期盘点及不定期抽查。
- 配合上下游部门对网格运维问题进行管理
- 本科及以上，有生产管理、供应链管理或仓储管理经验优先。
- 熟练使用办公软件，对数据敏感，具备基础的数据处理和分析能力。
- 有责任心，有良好的内外沟通能力、协作能力、执行力，能适应一线工作环境。
- 具有良好的一线团队搭建和管理能力，具备一线团队管理经验优先。 美团骑行事业部一线团队管理岗，具备完善的向上发展路径。
